Terms & Conditions

Returns accepted within 30 days of original sales receipt on unused/unopened product unless otherwise stated.  Refunds given as money back or store credit upon approval.  Refunds are for original purchase price not including shipping and handling.  Return item shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and Midsouth Dental Supply is not responsible for problems associated with shipping damage.  We reserve the right to decline a return based on damage to original packaging, damage to product, or any signs of damage that makes the product unable for resale.

Refunds given as credit refund, store credit, or by check. No cash refunds. 

Electrical components are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

Refurbished items are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.  All used parts and equipment are sold as is and no warranty is implied or given unless otherwise stated.  All refurbished parts and equipment are tested before leaving our facility.  Please evaluate functionality with in 5 days of receiving.  If contacted within 5 days of delivery we will do our best to remedy any issues. 

Chemicals and liquids may be returned within 14 days of original receipt if unused and unopened.

Manufacturers warranties are honored based on terms and conditions stated by manufacturer.

Warranty issues involving product will be handled per manufacture and repairs or replacement of item will be issued instead of refund of original purchase price. 

All brand names and trademarks are not associated with Midsouth Dental Supply and are property of their respective owners. Midsouth Dental Supply makes no statements of affiliation or ownership with any brands and their respective names are used for description purposes only. 

Shipping and handling fees are calculated within our website software and any mistakes in shipping charges are not the direct result of Midsouth Dental Supply.  We reserve the right to charge additional shipping or freight charges when the original order was placed without these fees being properly charged.  Any overcharged shipping fees will be refunded to the customer as soon as they are brought to our attention.  Shipping times may vary depending on product.  Some products may be drop shipped directly from manufacture/supplier. 

Inventory shown on website does not directly reflect in-stock items and some items may be subject to back order.  Any items that are not available for immediate shipping from our facilities or our suppliers facility will add shipping and handling time.
